We do not collect or store payment information directly. All payment transactions are securely processed by our authorized third-party payment partners (e.g., Stripe, banks, or payment gateways).

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions (SaaS):

• Billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually) depending on plan.
• Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled prior to renewal date.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Hardware Purchases:

• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Taxes:

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT/GST).
• Customers outside India are responsible for compliance with local tax laws.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

SaaS subscriptions and hardware refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers must review eligibility and timelines outlined therein.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Distribution of malware, spam, or offensive content.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

• All software, trademarks, content, and documentation remain the property of TechYz.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SaaS during your subscription term.

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

• We aim for reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• Any published Service Level Agreements (SLAs) apply only if explicitly provided in writing.

9. Warranties (Hardware)

• Hardware products may include manufacturer warranties.
• Warranty coverage is subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer.
• TechYz is not responsible for unauthorized modifications, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TechYz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or lost profits.
• Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance

You agree not to use or export our services in violation of applicable trade restrictions, sanctions, or export control laws, including those of the UN, US, EU, and India. Our products may not be provided to individuals or entities restricted under international trade laws.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Fail to make timely payments.
• Engage in misuse or abuse of the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but your obligations under Sections 7 (IP), 10 (Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) will survive.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• International users agree that disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

14. Modifications to Terms

TechYz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
