At TechYz Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“TechYz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to provide a transparent and fair experience for our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the eligibility, process, and timelines for refunds related to our SaaS subscriptions and hardware products.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

2. Refund Eligibility
(a) SaaS Subscriptions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase or renewal
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Services used beyond 7 days
- Partial subscription periods
- Customized or enterprise/on-premise deployments
- Subscription cancellations will stop future billing but will not affect the current billing cycle unless eligible under this policy
(b) Electronic Hardware
- Eligible for refund/replacement if:
- Product is defective or damaged on delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Return conditions:
- Original packaging required
- All accessories must be included
- Not eligible if:
- Damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Missing packaging or accessories
3. Refund Processing Timelines
- Refund approval decision: within a reasonable time after review
- Refund initiation by TechYz: within 3 business days of approval
- Bank/payment processing: 5–10 business days (depending on provider)
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation via email once processed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time setup or onboarding fees
- Customization or white-label development charges
- Services already rendered
- Any usage beyond the eligible refund period
5. Order Cancellation
SaaS Subscriptions:
- You may cancel anytime via your account or by contacting support
- Cancellation stops future billing cycles
- Current billing period remains active unless refund conditions are met
Hardware Orders:
- Cancellations allowed only before shipment
- Post-shipment requests fall under return policy
6. Data Handling Upon Cancellation
Cancellation or refund of Services does not automatically result in immediate deletion of user data.
- Data is retained and processed as per our Privacy Policy
- Upon service termination, data may be retained for up to 30–90 days
- Users may request deletion of their personal data
- Data deletion requests are processed within 7–30 days
7. Third-Party Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via authorized third-party providers. TechYz does not store full payment details. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Abuse & Misuse of Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of the refund policy.
9. Modifications to Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
