At Techyz Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best possible customer experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the process, eligibility, and timelines for returns and refunds for our SaaS subscriptions and hardware products.

1. How to Initiate a Refund/Return

Customers can initiate a cancellation or refund request by:

2. Conditions for Refunds & Returns

(a) SaaS Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase/renewal.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Services already used beyond 7 days.
    • Customized or on-premise deployments.
    • Partial subscription periods (e.g., unused months in an annual plan).

(b) Electronic Hardware

  • Hardware may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
    • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
    • The wrong product was delivered.
    • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Hardware not eligible for return:
    • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
    • Products without original packaging/accessories.

3. Refund Timelines

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Techyz Refund Initiation: within 3 business days.
  • Bank/Card Processing: Refund amount will reflect in the original payment method within 5–10 business days (as per bank/Stripe timelines).
  • Customers will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time setup, onboarding, or customization fees.
  • Perishable or consumable goods (if any).
  • Services already rendered before the cancellation request.

5. Cancellation of Orders

  • SaaS Orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but will not refund the current active period (unless covered under Section 2).
  • Hardware Orders: Cancellations will be accepted only if requested before shipment. Once shipped, the order will be treated under the return policy above.
