1. What’s included in the Lite plan?
The Lite plan covers all essentials to get started — unlimited active members, up to 3 admin users, 6 active staff, online member joining, QR check-in, smart email notifications, basic analytics, and admin-only apps. Perfect for gyms that want a simple and efficient start.

2. Can I upgrade from Lite to Pro or Elite later?
Yes! You can easily scale up as your gym grows. Moving to Pro or Elite unlocks advanced features like class scheduling, lead management, and full in-app experiences.

3. How is the Pro plan different from Lite?
The Pro plan is designed for growth. It gives unlimited admin users, up to 15 staff, advanced analytics, class & PT scheduling, access gate integration, and lead forms — ideal for gyms looking to manage larger teams and memberships.

4. Does the Pro plan support CRM features?
Yes, the Pro plan includes a Leads Manager (part CRM) to help you track and convert potential clients.

5. What makes the Elite plan special?
The Elite plan takes your gym on auto-pilot — with a custom branded app, in-app member registration & joining, in-app marketing campaigns, bookings for classes/events/facilities, PT booking, and even a workout & diet manager.

6. Do all plans include payment gateway integration?
Currently, payment gateway integration is marked as upcoming. Once enabled, it will be rolled out across Pro and Elite plans first.

Yes! All plans come with mobile access. The Lite plan gives admin-only mobile apps, while Pro and Elite expand to member-facing features with bookings, attendance, and engagement tools.
